you accept Emergencies, New Patients and referrals?
Yes to all. Time is set aside every day for unexpected
appointments and we are always able to see patients by
the next clinic day. We see it as an honor for you to
trust us enough to recommend us to family and friends.
Is
there a way I can ask Dr. Richards questions directly?
Dr. Richards enjoys and welcomes direct questions from
patients. Therefore, he’s available daily to answer
your questions either via e-mail or voice mail at 970-
667-5323.
What makes you different than any other dental practice
I can visit?
Dr. Richards enjoys dentistry and helping people, his
work is a mission not a job. Dr. Richards sees no more
than 8 to 10 patients a day by design so that the practice
and patients are not rushed.
I
really don't like visiting the dentist, is there anything
you can do to help me relax?
For anxiety and/or complex procedures, we do have nitrous
oxide or oral medications as well.
I'm
a new patient. Can I get copies of any forms that you
need me to complete, prior to my visit?
We’re happy to provide you with all the necessary
new patient forms prior to your first appointment. Simply
click on the “New Patient Forms” and you can
quickly print the forms you need.
What
do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?
Simply call Dr. Richards voice mail at 970-667-5323 and
leave a detailed description. He will return your call
as soon as possible.
How can I have whiter teeth?
Bleaching is one of the most immediate, simplest, and
safest ways to improve the impact of your smile! So, if
you're interested in finding out what whitening could
do for you, let us evaluate your potential based on the
current color of your teeth, and the causes of any discoloration.
How
does the doctor keep up to date on all of the current
techniques and materials?
Dr. Richards is committed to continuing education for
himself and his staff to ensure that the entire office
is well informed of recent developments in dental care,
which includes technological improvements.
Do you accept my insurance plan?
We are not providers with HMOs or PPOs but will help you
file by filling your claims and communicating with your
insurance plan to help maximize your benefit.
What
precautions do you take to ensure patient safety?
Our staff is committed to your safety throughout your
visit with us . Our instruments are steam autoclaved and
we make wide use of disposable products that have direct
patient contact.
I
want my front teeth to look better, but I do not want
to wear braces. What would you recommend?
We offer a variety of services that would improve the
appearance of your front teeth without braces. To best
determine what would work for you, we recommend a consultation
with Dr. Richards.
Can
I really have a crown done in one visit?
Yes, our CEREC system is a CAD/CAM technology that is
amazing. With just one visit, you can have long-lasting
results and eliminate the need for temporary crowns, a
second visit, another day of missed work and anesthetic.
